My name is Peta-Gay Barrett, and I am a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. I am also a former all-American college athlete from the University of Alabama and former professional track and field athlete who represented the sprint nation of Jamaica.  

I am excited that you are interested in taking the next step toward improving your overall health and fitness. I focus on creating customized workouts and dietary guidelines to meet the specific goals of my clients. An athlete my entire life, I understand what it takes to be focused, driven and motivated to achieve your fitness goals. And as a professional working in corporate America, I can also relate to the challenges people experience in balancing work/life while trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
